I mentioned before that aside from the beautiful wedding we got to photograph in Breckenridge, this Colorado trip was the exact opposite of what we were expecting. We thought going on a road trip through Colorado in April would be perfect but we were surprised by the Rocky Mountain National Park not being dog friendly, mostly all campgrounds being closed, roads that lead to mountain views being blocked off, trails that we wanted to go on not allowing dogs, businesses being closed for off season, etc. We were actually only able to camp in one spot out of all the places we’ve been to. However, even with our plans to see a lot of mountains, walk beautiful trails, and camp together got messed up.. looking back on this trip was awesome..
