The wedding we photographed in Italy was AMAZING. Seriously, one of the coolest and unique celebrations with some of the most wonderful people. I still look at those images and pinch myself that I got to be involved with that day.
But to be honest I never really posted my personal photos from this trip because Michael and I had just started dating, we were still figuring each other out, we went during a heat wave, we didn’t really know what we were doing, we didn’t think we traveled well together, etc. It ended up being A LOT. So when I knew I had these photos tucked away I thought I would just leave them in a file and never revisit them. But tonight I decided to go through them and I actually love how it made me feel. I look back on these photos from almost 2 years ago and think, “Wow… we have changed so much and we have come SO FAR.” Now I can’t imagine a better travel companion, I can’t believe how much we have grown together, and I can’t imagine life without this person. We’ve changed so much since 2017 in the best way possible. I was not expecting to feel this way looking back on these images but I freaking love it.
Also loved having our friends Tessa & Joe on this trip with us! I’ve surprisingly been to so many random places with these two and it’s been so memorable each time
